The Windsor Framework

30 September 2024: The Windsor Framework introduces new rules for moving goods between Great Britain and Northern Ireland. From September 2023, the UK Internal Market Scheme (UKIMS) will simplify customs processes for approved traders, with full implementation by September 2024. Traders using the "green lane" will face fewer data requirements, while those outside UKIMS will follow stricter "red lane" rules.
