If a vehicle is damaged whilst you are on the premise of a shipping operator, you will need to submit a claim to start this process.

All damages or claims must be reported in writing to bookings@derrybros.com and accounts@derrybros.com on the day of the incident or upon collection of the vehicle from the port in the case of unaccompanied vehicles.
